BioSante Pharmaceuticals to Present At BIO Emerging Company Investor Forum |

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.-Oct. 13, 2004- BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:BPA) announced today that Phillip Donenberg, chief financial officer, will be presenting at the BIO Emerging Company Investor Forum in San Francisco at 9:30 a.m. PDT (12:30 p.m. EDT) on October 15, 2004.
Mr. Donenberg will discuss the company's product pipeline of hormone therapy products, including positive data recently reported on LibiGel(TM) transdermal testosterone gel for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction, as well as its calcium phosphate (CAP) nanotechnology under development for drug delivery and vaccines. A Web cast of the presentation will be available on BioSante's Web site at http://www.biosantepharma.com/investors/events.htm approximately one hour after the conclusion of the presentation, and will be archived for one year.
